Knowing that many who view our blog posts are family and friends of our students, I thought I'd reassure you that although they are working VERY, VERY hard to get everything ready for the mission, we ARE taking care of them! Today was the "formal" send-off party which entailed, of course, pizza! They are now back in the lab continuing to pack the trunks and sort and label medicine that is still coming in. This afternoon, they will attend a session on keeping an electronic journal of their experience. I can tell that everyone is getting more and more excited. The energy in the room is mounting!
